Remodeling in Celina & North DFW

Great room with wood beam ceiling and coordinated finish work by Floors to Doors.

Answer first

Multi-room remodeling in North DFW varies widely by scope, but most of the projects we take on land between $15,000 and $75,000 — a kitchen and a couple of baths, whole-home flooring plus finish carpentry, or a full main-floor refresh. We focus on finish remodeling within your existing footprint: the tile, floors, kitchens, baths, and carpentry that transform how a home looks and lives, without gutting it to the studs. The cost comes down to how many rooms and how deep each one goes.

01

What does a whole-home remodel with Floors to Doors cover?

We're a finish and tile shop, not a structural gut-crew — and for most North Texas homes, that's exactly what the house needs. A multi-room project with us usually combines:

  • Kitchen remodeling within the existing layout
  • One or more bathroom remodels or tub-to-shower conversions
  • Whole-home or multi-room flooring
  • Finish carpentry — trim, crown, built-ins, accent walls, and stairs
  • Tile throughout — floors, showers, and backsplashes

It's the coordinated version of everything else we do, done as one project so the whole house ends up matching instead of piecemeal.

02

How much does a multi-room remodel cost?

Because scope varies so much, the honest answer is "it depends" — but as a guide, most of our multi-room projects in North DFW run $15,000 to $75,000. A single room done well starts far lower; a full main-floor transformation with kitchen, flooring, and carpentry runs higher. Doing rooms together usually costs less per room than doing them one at a time, because setup, materials, and mobilization are shared across the whole project. Every project is quoted after we see it, and the estimate is free.

03

Do you do structural work or additions?

No — and we'll tell you that straight. We don't move load-bearing walls, pour foundations, or build additions. We're a finish and tile shop, and we're honest about where our lane ends. If your project needs structural work or a full gut, we'll say so and point you toward the right kind of contractor rather than taking on something outside our craft. What we do — and do well — is make the existing house look and feel custom through finishes.

04

How long does a multi-room remodel take?

It depends entirely on scope. A kitchen-and-bath project might run three to six weeks; whole-home flooring and carpentry can run several weeks; a full main-floor remodel takes longer. We sequence the rooms so you're not living in a full construction zone any longer than necessary, and we give you a realistic schedule at the estimate.

Where we remodel

Floors to Doors is based in Celina and takes on multi-room remodeling throughout Collin County and North DFW — Prosper, Frisco, McKinney, and nearby communities. The newer homes here have good bones and builder-grade finishes throughout, and bringing the whole house up to custom is exactly the kind of work we do.
