1. Program Description
Program Name: Shane Peterson (Floors to Doors). This messaging program sends messages to customers who have requested remodeling, tile, finish carpentry, or flooring services from Shane Peterson through our website at floorstodoorsdfw.com, or via our contact and scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages. Opt-in is collected via web forms with dedicated, separate checkboxes for marketing and non-marketing SMS consent. Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and — with your separate consent — promotional offers and discounts.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
