Ch. 02 — Ethos

A remodel should be boring
to live through — and stunning to live in.

Every project starts with a plan drawn to the sixteenth of an inch and ends with a punch list we close before we hand you the keys. Selections are locked before demo so the schedule holds and nothing gets ordered twice.

Shane is on every job, on the tools. Licensed plumbers and electricians handle their trades. The tile lines up, the drawers glide, the doors close with a whisper — and the finish work is actually finished.

Ch. 03 — Disciplines

What we do,
start to finish.

01

Kitchens

Cabinetry to spec, stone, appliance install and coordination with licensed plumbers and electricians — matched to how you actually cook.

02

Baths

Walk-in showers, custom vanities, waterproofing done right the first time. Licensed plumbers on their trade.

03

Tile & Stone

Book-matched slabs, hand-set mosaic, natural stone. Layout planned to the last cut.

04

Finish Carpentry

Built-ins, feature walls, wainscoting, closets, stairs and trim — installed to furniture-grade tolerances.

05

Flooring

Wide-plank hardwood, engineered, chevron and specialty patterns. Installed flat, tight and quiet.

06

Feature Walls & Built-Ins

Chevron walls, board-and-batten, fireplace surrounds, floating shelves — the signature pieces a room gets remembered for.

Tile border inlay set into hardwood entry — a real detail from a recent project.

Ch. 04 — Standards

The difference is in
what you can't see.

Backing, blocking, waterproofing, substrate, shimming, caulk lines you never notice — every project passes through the same discipline.

Ch. 10 — Questions

Asked on almost every estimate.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost?

It depends on the scope. A surface refresh and a full gut are two different projects. The number comes from materials, how intricate the tile is, plumbing changes, and what's behind the walls. We walk the space first and give you a written estimate before anything starts, so there are no surprises.

How does pricing work?

I come out, take real measurements, and send a written estimate. No flat-rate sheets. Once selections are locked before demo, the price holds.

Who's actually in my house?

Me, start to finish. I'm on the tools and I coordinate the licensed plumbers and electricians myself. And yes, we're fully insured.

Can we live in the house during the work?

Usually, yes. We contain the work zones, protect the floors, and sequence the bathrooms so you always have one working. I'll be straight with you about the disruptive days at the estimate.

Do you move walls or do additions?

No — we stay inside the existing footprint. Kitchens, baths, tile, built-ins, stairs, floors, that kind of thing. If your project needs a wall moved or an addition, I'll tell you at the walk-through and you can bring in the right person for that part.
