Why do Little Elm homes need such a range of remodeling work?
Little Elm is unusual for the area — it's dense and largely built out, wrapped around the western shore of Lake Lewisville, with a housing mix most nearby towns don't have. Newer master-planned neighborhoods like Union Park and its Del Webb 55+ section are still going up, while Paloma Creek and the older lakeside subdivisions have been lived in long enough to be due for updates. You get brand-new builder finishes a few streets away from homes that are twenty years into their first owner.
That mix is why the work here doesn't fit one mold. A new Union Park home wants finish upgrades — flooring, a backsplash, an accent wall. An established Paloma Creek home is more likely due for a full bathroom refresh or new floors throughout. We handle both, and we scope each one to where the house actually is rather than assuming.
